The dark green color is scrumptious, and the perfect back drop to the new pillow I made from the coffee sack jackpot I got the other day.
I picked up 14 burlap coffee sacks at my local farm supply store this past weekend for around 15 bucks!! Got all kinds of projects planned for those. So, if you are looking for some, check out your local farm stores.
I think this might be my new favorite corner in the house!
And I love this pillow and olive throw together with the crisp white chair so much! I'm gonna have to make more of them! The pillows aren't the most comfortable thing to lean on so we just throw them in the floor when we sit in the chair. But they sure are pretty to look at, aren't they?
I can't wait for fall! The gorgeous array of deep rich colors, the piles of pretty leaves, cooler nights, Halloween, football, yummy comfort food, the scent of pumpkin spice scented candles burning all around the house and cuddling up with your family. That's what fall is to me. What about you?
Happy almost weekend! :)

VERY comfy looking!
ReplyDeleteI hadn't PLANNED to go to the farm store today, but now I NEED to check it out! I wanted to change out the pillows on my sofa for Fall, and love that look. And, I love your home! It gives me great inspiration! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! I have already started decorating for fall too! I can't help myself! It's my favorite season! Fall to me is everything you said along with firepits and smores! I can't wait!! :) God bless!
ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful and very cozy. You did hit the jackpot with all those coffee sacks. I've never thought of checking the farm stores ~ thanks!
ReplyDeleteLOVE fall ~ my favorite season and yes, with all the things you mentioned. I love wearing funky socks, cute PJ's, baking bread ~ all of it!

Hi Diana! I keep wanting to ask you if you have a post somewhere with the info on your wall colors? I love it all! Thanks, Steph.
ReplyDeleteGreat throw and I love the pillow you made!
ReplyDeleteHey Steph, all my paint colors are listed under the FAQ tab at the top of the page! :) Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI love that green throw and your home! I just recently bought some of your bread boards and love, love, love them! I went to Ikea's website and could not find the throw blanket. Do you have any suggestions on how to buy it online? Or did you go into a store?
ReplyDeleteHi Tammi! I ordered mine from Ebay. They have several of them, just do a search for Ikea Dagny Throw. And thank you, I'm so happy you like the bread boards! :)
ReplyDeleteWow! I am your newest follower and have revisited the "Our Home" page about 10 times this morning! I am totally in love with every nook and cranny! Thank you for sharing!

Hi Diana...we are autumn lovers, too...maybe because we started dating in October! What a beautiful corner. We have a corner in our family room that is very similar including a monogram p. Love the blanket. What a cozy home you have! Wouldn't it be wonderful to visit over pumpkin scones and hot tea? Love to you, sweet friend!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I love the pillows. So creative.
ReplyDeleteThat is the same blanket I got for the sitting room! I just loved it! Oh the same lamp too from Ikea!
