A Celebration of Spring


Spring has finally sprung and to celebrate it's arrival (finally), I couldn't think of better dish to prepare, or share, than Spring Green Risotto. Loaded with asparagus, leeks, sweet baby peas, chives and fennel, it really is a wonderful dish to enjoy with family on a lovely spring afternoon. Happy Spring!
